It was replaced at Ford as manufacteur defect. He replaced it and I never had it happen again. That warranty was extended not long after all the complaints came in. I had it fixed and cost me over 800 bucks. Ford must have known all along about these issues and Sam I took care of my car and had all routine maintenance done. Because it's not a recall, owners need to wait until their ETB fails before getting a replacement. I always need to be very cautious when turning to allow me enough room in case I get the hesitation.
